To mark the 800th anniversary of the death of St Francis of Assisi (1226–2026), the Don Bosco Youth Club of Santarcangelo is staging a moving musical loosely based on ‘Forza Venite Gente’, the show that for generations has recounted the life, faith and extraordinary humanity of the ‘Poverello’ of Assisi.

A special evening, filled with music, words, emotions and moments of reflection, to rediscover, through theatre, the figure of St Francis and his universal message of simplicity, peace, brotherhood and love for one’s neighbour.

The event takes place in Bellaria, in Piazza Don Minzoni, at the Church of the Sacred Heart, at 9.00 pm.
